As a volunteer, you’ll be at the heart of the action and part of the team that brings this extraordinary event to life. Whether you’re passionate about classic vehicles, love community events, or want to gain valuable event delivery experience, we’d love to welcome you to the team. REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER NOW!  Volunteer Roles Available We have a variety of roles to suit your strengths and preferences, including: Event Office – Public Liaison: Be a welcoming face for attendees, answering questions and handing out guides. Guest / VIP Check-in: Welcome VIPs, sponsors, and dignitaries, and manage credentials. Fashions on the Field – Registration: Help run the vintage fashion competition queues and check-ins. Plaque Distribution: Hand out commemorative dash plaques to our eligible vehicle entrants. Parking & Wayfinding (Finish Festival): Guide traffic and pedestrians safely around key access points. Museum Security / Invigilation: Monitor exhibit areas within the National Motor Museum and help protect our historic displays. Stage Admin: Assist behind the scenes with awards and the Fashions on the Field schedule. No previous experience is necessary – we’ll provide the information and support you need before the event.
