Welcome to the home of the Sprite and Midget National Challenge 2026!
To be held in Murray Bridge on the banks of the River Murray, the event will bring you to South Australia and promises to bring the best of South Australia to you!
With a week filled with touring some of the famous food and wine regions with runs planned to take in some of the sights and roads that makes the region a perennial favourite with car clubs around Australia, or, for those with a motorsport itch needing be the scratched, a day of SuperSprint style motorsport and a tarmac Motorkhana at The Bend’ Motorsport Park, there promises to be something for everyone.

Accommodation has been secured at multi award winning Bridgeport Hotel in the heart of Murray Bridge. To secure your place at the Bridgeport let us know you want to come by sending in an Expression of Interest form that can be found via the dropdown menu on this website!
A Post Tour event is in the planning stages and for those wanting a complete Motorsport fix, you might want to consider putting a team together for the annual Peter Hall Memorial, to be held at Mallala Raceway 2-3 May!
If you don’t have your Sprite or Midget anymore or worried you can’t get yours across to South Australia but still want to catch up with old friend and make new ones? Don’t stress! Bring your ‘daily driver’ or bring your current Classic. All members of the Sprite Clubs around Australia are welcome!
Own an Austin Healey Sprite or an MG Midget but not a member of one of the Sprite Clubs and keen to come? Contact us at the Sprite Club of South Australia and tell us you want to come! You will be made very welcome and we promise that not only will you be immersed in South Australian culture, you will leave with new found friends from all over Australia.
