Aligning up the clutch plate, disc and flywheel while bolting it on can be a pain when you only have two hands. I heard of this tip somewhere and it worked very well indeed. I piece of rod with tape wrapped around it centers everything while you bolt on the clutch to the flywheel. Use the gearbox imput shaft as a template and you end up with this. Dont forget to put the clutch disk in the right way with the flywheel stamped side facing the flywheel.

Gearbox Slave Cylinder Fitting |
 An easy way to fit the clutch slave back on the gearbox is to fit shorter bolts, or cut a portion off the end of the existing ones. This allows you to fit the slave when the engine and gearbox are in the car.
