For all those playing along at home, you may have noticed a run planned in the calendar for this Sunday without any information. With the weather the way it’s been the decision has been to postpone the run.

(For those who want to head out tomorrow and get great coffee, we are all always welcome at the Clubbies ‘First of the Month’ at Coffeed Cafe. You won’t find a Clubbie hiding just because its a bit cold!)

We’ve also taken the decision to postpone the ‘Winter in July’ event planned for the 18th. We’ve just run out of days (and time) to plan it properly, so wait out for further news on that one!

The Committee will try and have a quick planning session on Monday night, with new dates hopefully a result.

Whilst we have a committee we can’t always run these events from within the Committee. Feel free to speak up and take on a run or even propose a run. Peter the Plumber did a month or so ago and it was a great lunch at a pub most of us had never been too. That’s what its all about!

The eagle eyed amongst you will have seen a Pizza run planned on the 16th of August, with a run from the Rezz Hotel up to Mount Torrens for Pizza at the Donhardt’s. Thanks Glen for coming up with the plan (see the calendar for details and dont’ forget to RSVP to Glen!). This run is definitely locked in as who doesn’t like the idea of dessert pizza!

Got a great idea for a weekend or a mid-week run. Let one of the Committee know and lets get it into the calendar!

See you Monday night for the Wine and Cheese night. This has been planned, although with a slide show planned to run in the background, we might hold over the club member and their mystery workshop tool discussion until August!
