Christmas Party

From 6:30 onwards in the gardens at the Fullarton Centre (hopefully its not raining this time!). Food and salads are provided but please BYO an outdoor chair and what ever you might want to drink.

Club Rego

As Gordon posted last week, your Conditional Registration expires on 31 December. To drive your car on 1 January 2026 you need to:

• Be a 2026 financial Member
• Have had your rego papers AND log book witnessed and stamped by the club.

Otherwise, you are driving an unregistered car! The Christmas party is you BEST chance to get the paperwork completed so come prepared! Look Gordon’s post last week for more details!

AGM

Finally – the postponed AGM. We had to postpone last month as we didn’t have enough people present. A rough guide is we need 40 people in the room.

All positions are up for grabs. I really encourage you to think about taking a role on the committee this year. For one the President’s role is up for grabs. I’m not re-standing as President for 2026 and I’d like someone who hasn’t recently been in the role to think about standing for election! Its not hard … with a President we don’t have a club and we have a lot of members being able to use the Club’s Conditional Registration program for their Sprite, Midget, Associate and/or ICV.

You don’t have to be a long standing member to be on the committee, even as the President. I certainly didn’t. Give me a ring if you are thinking about what’s involved! Think about being part of guiding the club for the next 12 months!
