The other day life member David Low’s email account was spammed and emails went out to a number of his contacts claiming he was sick and needed a bill to be paid.

Today I find that one of the Car Club’s email addresses has likewise been spammed and an email going out, claiming to be from the President of the club and asking for a bill to be paid by PayPal. This is also spam.

Sigh

If you get an email from an address claiming to be me (Robin) but the email address is president.austin7clubsa.com.au@email.com, delete the email and don’t click on it. Its spam and I will be contacting the web hosting company to cleanse the system if they can with the latest virus checking.

Our apologies if you’ve received this email. Unfortunately once the chain gets kicked off it’s like a cartoon snowball rolling down hill and it spreads to multiple users. Just delete the email. We don’t know how far its gone out at this stage.
