Whether you\u2019re passionate about classic vehicles, love community events, or want to gain valuable event delivery experience, we\u2019d love to welcome you to the team.

Volunteer Roles Available<\/strong>
We have a variety of roles to suit your strengths and preferences, including:

Event Office \u2013 Public Liaison:<\/strong>\u00a0Be a welcoming face for attendees, answering questions and handing out guides.

Guest \/ VIP Check-in:<\/strong>\u00a0Welcome VIPs, sponsors, and dignitaries, and manage credentials.

Fashions on the Field \u2013 Registration:<\/strong>\u00a0Help run the vintage fashion competition queues and check-ins.

Plaque Distribution:<\/strong>\u00a0Hand out commemorative dash plaques to our eligible vehicle entrants.

Parking & Wayfinding (Finish Festival):<\/strong>\u00a0Guide traffic and pedestrians safely around key access points.

Museum Security \/ Invigilation:<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor exhibit areas within the National Motor Museum and help protect our historic displays.

Stage Admin:<\/strong>\u00a0Assist behind the scenes with awards and the Fashions on the Field schedule.
No previous experience is necessary – we\u2019ll provide the information and support you need before the event.\u00a0
